Exotica offers 20 Log Cottages ,a Restaurant with Indian and Chinese Cuisines ,play zone.  
   
Exotica also arranges day picnics.  
 
 
Exotica The Beach Resort is situated approximately 180 kms from Mumbai, off Mumbai Goa Highway and 165 kms from Pune. The geographical advantage of being located ,approximately 80 meters, from the beach has given Exotica the hand above the rest.

Exotica The Beach Resort is situated on one of the finest virgin beach of the Konkan Coast on the western side of India named as Dive Agar.
 
The geographical location of being closest to the beach has enhanced the beauty of Exotica. Keeping in mind this natures gift, Exotica the beach resorts blends perfectly with the environment .

Exotica has 20 Cottages. Each with power backup, a cosy room with an airconditioner,24X7 running hot tap water, a double bed, a television. 
 
The Restaurant is large enough to accommodate 30-40 pax at a time.
 
 The Cuisines offered are Indian and Chinese.
